WELLNESS WEDNESDAY HERE ARE 10 MEANINGFUL WAYS TO HELP VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. 1. Recognize the various forms of domestic violence, including physical, emotional, sexual, and financial abuse. 2. Speak up and raise awareness about domestic abuse to empower victims to seek help. 3. Learn to identify signs of abuse if you suspect someone is being harmed. 4. Listen and offer support to those you suspect are being abused. 5. Respect their decisions and avoid victim blaming. 6. Assist them in creating an exit plan if they are willing to leave the abusive relationship. 7. Hold abusers accountable for their actions by speaking out against abusive behavior. 8. Volunteer your time to support organizations aiding victims of domestic violence. 9. Donate to non-profit organizations working to combat domestic violence. 10. As October comes to a close, SafeSpace wants to remind you and the community that the work to end domestic violence never stops.
