💬 How do I get affordable healthcare? Where can I find immigration legal help? What are resources that can help me pay rent? 💬 Over the past five years, El Tímpano has received more than 3,300 questions from subscribers of our Spanish-language text-messaging platform. We’ve learned what resources are most needed, what questions about them are most common, and what stumbling blocks often keep immigrants from actually accessing and using those resources, even if they know where to find them. In our latest blog post, El Tímpano founder Madeleine Bair shares how we applied insights from thousands of community questions to create a resource guide for the East Bay’s Latino and Mayan immigrants – and how you can help us improve and expand it. https://lnkd.in/gjmW6bCJ
