To discount or not to discount? Do you get only the same clients that buy only on discounts - the Discount Club? Do you also get new clients? And can you keep them or you just add to the Discount Club? Does other stuff work just as well (like free shipping or a bonus month)? You need to measure to find out and make future decisions.

Moderated by Jonathan Brown of The Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (STAR), the panel discussed a variety of problems surrounding refunds of sold tickets, transparency around digital delivery charges and customers losing trust with ticket retailers.
