3 things that can instantly change your life ⤵ 1️⃣ Getting enough sleep By getting enough sleep every night, your focus will be better the day after. You need sleep to function and as an essentialist would say; "One hour more of sleep equals several more hours of much higher productivity" I personally get a lot more done, and have a lot more focus when i get my 8 hours of sleep. 2️⃣ Having a schedule Having a schedule is good because it helps me stay organized, prioritize tasks, manage my time better, reduce stress, and get more done efficiently. I always end up feeling like i have more hours in a day than if i didnt make a plan. 3️⃣ Being an essentialist Essentialism teaches us to focus on what truly matters and eliminate the non-essential, reclaiming our time and attention. Essentialism prioritizes activities aligned with our values and goals, leading to greater fulfillment and impact.

I love the ideas in this article about daily habits to increase happiness https://lnkd.in/eTkrkYgr A point that really stood out for me was acceptance of self and others. It is so easy to compare yourself negatively to other people instead of appreciating your strengths, accepting your weaknesses and acknowledging the uniqueness that is you! This can be especially difficult at work, but everyone has something special to offer. Another important element of the article was the importance of doing nothing and to simply be. How often do we actually do this? I know that I am guilty of rushing from one thing to another, but I am going to try and slow down and have moments of peace. Do you practice any of the actions in the article, or are you going to start some? Who is going to join me?

For years, the question "what's your life goal?" stumped me. But lately, an answer emerged, one that might surprise you: good sleep. Hear me out. A restful night isn't just about feeling good the next day. It's a reflection of a life in balance. When I sleep soundly, it tells me I'm working well, my health is good, and my relationships are strong. It means I'm on the right track. So, I propose a new compass for navigating life: The Sleep Compass, decisions based on sleep. Will this choice (be it a project, a relationship, a lifestyle shift) contribute to peaceful nights? If not, it's a red flag. This approach weaves well-being, ethics, relationships, and even career goals into a simple framework. Good sleep becomes a compass for a life well-lived. What do you think? Does sleep play a role in your decision-making? Share your thoughts in the comments! #filmmakerlife #sleepwelllivewell #lifegoals #wellbeing

For some time, I struggled with feeling like there wasn't enough time in the day to get everything done. For the last three weeks I have been up at 5 AM. I’ve realized that small changes can make a huge difference. By adding just a couple of extra hours to my morning, I’ve found that I can get so much more done. It’s amazing how those quiet hours can set the tone for a productive day. I’ve also discovered that my sleep has improved drastically. By sticking to a consistent bedtime, I’m asleep by 10 PM and wake up feeling way more refreshed. A solid sleep routine is crucial for maintaining energy and focus. Another surprising benefit has been the importance of having good people around me. I have had Morning calls and a accountability partner at the gym have kept me motivated and consistent. Knowing someone is counting on you makes all the difference. If you’re struggling to find time in your day or looking to improve your productivity and well-being, consider making this small change. It’s not just about waking up early; it’s about creating a routine that supports a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Someone out there is likely facing the same challenges you were. By sharing your journey, you can inspire and help others who are in the same position🥳.

“There’s a significant difference between just getting through your morning and truly beginning your day with purpose. That difference? It boils down to habits. Successful people realize that effective morning habits set the tone for the rest of their day, even when they’re battling fatigue. These rituals aren’t just about getting up early or chugging coffee. It’s about starting the day with intention and carving out time for things that matter most. I’ve studied and practiced many of these habits. And I’ve found that they genuinely make a difference.”... #mindfmornings #gratitudepractice #embracingimperfections #mindfulmovement #nurturingthemind #embracingsilence #settingimtentions #doingless https://lnkd.in/gQAQMq6s
