🔹 Towel Placement in Hospitality: What’s Your Take? 🔹 As a member of the hospitality industry, I often encounter debates about towel placement. Initially, we placed them on the bed, but we’ve since moved them to the bathroom. This small detail can significantly impact guest satisfaction. I’m curious about your preference: Towels on the bed or in the bathroom? Also, what minor details do you think matter most in enhancing the guest experience? Towels in the bathroom. No liquid soap dispensers. No scatter cushions on the bed. Make sure all lights working. Don’t welcome me on Home Screen of the tv - I know who I am. Easy to use wifi without joining a mailing list. More than 2 tea bags. A kettle that can actually fit under the sink tap. Checking in with a person, not a screen. I need a lie-down now.

I personally leave towels in the bathrooms in my properties, however, some people may not have the room in their bathrooms so they leave them on the bed which is fine too.
