SHUT YOUR MOUTH (And Breathe!!!)... One of the best parts of my work is telling people all over the world to shut their mouths. 🤐 It’s not because I am mean. I just want you and everyone else to breathe optimally through the nose. This clip was recorded at a recent live workshop and in it I explain why you really should shut your mouth. #TheBreathGeek #BreatheWithAdam #BreatheDifferent #breathe #breathing #breathingtechniques #breathingexercises #breathwork https://lnkd.in/dM3s9saz

The poem "Parting" carries a profound and heartfelt message about the enduring nature of love and connection. It beautifully illustrates the idea that even when people are physically separated, their bond remains unbroken. Uncertainty of Separation: The opening lines emphasize the uncertainty of when or if a meeting will occur again. This uncertainty mirrors the unpredictability of life and relationships. Creating Images: The poem suggests a symbolic act of creating images from clay, representing the two individuals involved. This act of craftsmanship symbolizes the effort put into forming a connection and the memories shared. Smashing and Remaking: The act of smashing the clay figures and then kneading them together metaphorically represents the ups and downs, challenges, and changes that relationships go through. Despite the trials and difficulties, there is an effort to rebuild and reconnect. A Little of Each Other: The poem beautifully conveys the idea that a part of each person remains with the other, even when they are apart. This concept embodies the notion that shared experiences and love leave a lasting imprint on one another. Indestructible Bond: The concluding lines assert that nothing can ever truly set the two individuals apart, whether in life or death. The bond they share is portrayed as unbreakable and eternal. In summary, "Parting" is a poignant reflection on love and connection. It recognizes that physical separation is a part of life's uncertainty but underscores the enduring nature of the bond between individuals. It conveys the idea that the essence of one person resides in the other, making them forever intertwined in each other's hearts, even beyond the boundaries of life and death.
Parting Who knows when meeting shall ever be. It might be for years or It might be forever. Let us then take a lump of clay, Wet it, pat it, And make an image of you And an image of me. Then smash them, crash them, And, with a little water, Knead them together. And out of the clay we’ll remake An image of you, and an image of me. Thus in my clay, there’s a little of you, And in your clay, there’s a little of me. And nothing will ever set us apart. Living, we’ll be forever in each other’s heart, And dead, we’ll be buried together.
