A simple graphic summary of the podcast journey I've been on, and will continue to be on in 2024. It's never been about the numbers, although 2023 has seen some great growth. Last night, while listening to a podcast on self-improvement, I picked up a line. I don't remember what was said at the beginning or end of the podcast, but one line stuck with me. 🎧 The line states:) "You can't change your circumstances, you can't change results, but the only thing that you can change is yourself." 🌻 After hearing this line, I recalled many instances when I felt low due to the outcomes of things and other people's behavior. Then I realized that if I don't react to those things, then I believe they can't harm me or make me feel sad, frustrated, and angry. Thoughts are not within our control, but what we can control is our thinking. Whether we choose to entertain a thought depends entirely on us. I wish more high-performing executives and entrepreneurs realised optimal health is a skill. Just because you excel in most areas of life doesn't mean you naturally excel in this one. Learning how to achieve optimal health isn't something you just naturally have down pat. It can be tricky to navigate when you have so many balls in the air and other priorities.
