Today is exciting as I launch my seventh book, THE FOLLOWER EFFECT: A STORY ABOUT FLIPPING THE SCRIPT ON LEADERSHIP. My journey in understanding this began years ago as a Chief People Officer when I started noticing behavior patterns among individuals who were not just good leaders but also exceptional followers. Now, more than ever, we need to urgently embrace this understanding to motivate and commit ourselves to a better leadership approach that includes followership.
