This dream was sparked during a visit to London while living in Berlin, and a few years later, it became a reality. Over her nearly eight years at The Dorchester, Corina has experienced significant professional and personal growth. She started as a Housekeeping Departmental Trainer and, through dedication and hard work, progressed to Office Administrator. After excelling in this role, she was promoted to Housekeeping Office Manager, and almost two years later, she advanced to her current position as Assistant Executive Housekeeper. Corina attributes her success to the support and guidance she received from her managers and the company’s strong focus on employee development. The Dorchester Collection’s "We Care" philosophy has significantly impacted Corina's experience as an employee. This warm and positive culture provides a sense of belonging and creates an unparalleled work environment. Corina feels her growth is encouraged, supported, and valued as an individual. Looking to the future, Corina aspires to continue striving to be the best she can be in her current role, continually improving and contributing to the excellence of The Dorchester. Corina cherishes the strong relationships she has built with her colleagues over the years.
