Agree to embracing challenges and continuous learning. But don't just be the hardest worker in the room, be the one who elevates the entire room too. If you want to really succeed, you have to rise by lifting others too. So while you're grinding away, think about how your efforts can benefit your team and organization. If you posess a true sales spirit, this is true! Sales is the highest paid hard job and the lowest paid easy job!

that's right, but even if you're humble at work and you're working hard for work, sometimes you'll feel like it's boring, especially if the person you're working with doesn't appreciate all the sacrifices you've made, so you should step out of your comfort zone.

Keep being curious, keep learning, and plant your best seeds because, in the end, we will collect only what we planted.
