My food reflects a collective of these differences, creating a picture of my journey. For much of my life, I dared to be different, proving doubters wrong and showing that nothing can hold you back. Finding a creative outlet in food, especially plant-based cooking, gave me the courage to push boundaries, experiment, and reject limitations. Creating these dishes allowed me to express who I am; they’re a testament to the idea that there are no limits. My recipes celebrate my favorite vegetables and fruits, showcasing how to use these foundational ingredients to create each dish. My approach is unapologetic; I believe that with vegetables’ flexibility and adaptability, we can create anything we desire.
