🤐We’ve been quiet here at 4C Advising LLC, as 🤝Mike Fusco and the team have been extremely busy helping clients since our launch. What assistance have we provided to our clients, you ask? - We signed a contract with our first customer to deliver ongoing tracking, verification, and risk management relating to contractual insurance requirements. Our client hires several consultants and subcontracts work to them; the agreement stipulates that the consultants meet specific insurance requirements, and we have worked to onboard 77% of them so far. We continue to manage the process to reach 100% compliance. - We have helped several clients comply with their responsibilities as employee benefits plan sponsors. Such duties include generating Premium-Only-Plan (Section 125) and WRAP (SPD and Plan) Documents. - Our excellent client required assistance with Human Resources. After presenting them with an option for an HR account manager, they opted for an ala carte solution. So, we delivered an employee handbook, a performance review template, and federal job posters at a fraction of the cost. - Many small businesses are struggling with Human Resources in the current business environment, and one customer contacted us for help. We proposed a hands-on solution from our partners at Bambee. We also provided an option to purchase a subscription to our Client Portal. This client is still deciding which option to choose. - Today, our partners at Fusco Orsini & Associates Insurance Services bound a general liability policy for a client that hires subcontractors to perform some trades. The general liability carrier requested a copy of the contractor’s sub-agreement to secure coverage. Unfortunately, the sub-agreement utilized by the contractor was not up to par; it was missing critical elements of risk mitigation, including indemnification language, hold harmless agreements, and insurance requirements. We came to the rescue and built a rock-solid subcontractor agreement for the contractor, allowing them to use it permanently and guaranteeing timely coverage by the CGL provider. Our work continues next week by supporting several clients and prospects with risk management, compliance, HR, and employee care needs.
