Have you seen examples of this type of misalignment in your organization? How have you worked to ensure closer ties between the culture you want and the behaviors your culture is encouraging? #workplaceculture #leadership #evaluation https://lnkd.in/g5WqmWN9

An honest emotional investment in your employees goes a long way. A recent survey found receiving a “thank you” from a manager was the most impactful small action for increasing worker morale. Not only that, but 61% of employees felt that benefiting from similar kind actions improved their performance. We provide constant recognition to our employees who go above and beyond their duties .. normally with especial rewards that they can use with their families.. As family time is where we get the time from ... it's only fair to include them in the reward ! How about you ? How do you keep the workforce motivated and genuinely rewarded ? #peoplemanagement #leadership #companyculture

Our people are the most essential part of our company. Without our team members, we can’t support our customers. Leaders, are you putting your people first? Perhaps you should. Employee satisfaction is critical to a successful business. When staff feel valued and cared for, they perform at their highest levels. Are we, as leaders, doing what we must to care for them (no, a quarterly pizza party is not enough)? I encourage all leaders to look at their teams and find a way to be flexible, not just in work hours but in other areas as well. If the work is getting done successfully and on time, do all the other control techniques bring value? If not, they are likely not needed. Let’s lead from the front and put our people first; we will see the value passed on to our customers and shareholders. #EmployeeSatisfaction #Leadership #WorkLifeBallance
