Today is Day 26 of the #100to2024LinkedInVideoChallenge!!! Today is my fourth #WIDEWednesday. Each Wednesday I will share something about "W.I.D.E." aka what our clients know as "Wellness, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity." Today I focused on our third (of four) core questions in our W.I.D.E. Dynamic Dialogues Framework: How can we elevate outcomes for all? This is often addressed through our Creating a Culture of Inclusivity workshop, which begins with getting clear on what our intersectional identities are and how they shape the way we navigate the world (and how the world engages with us), shifts into what implicit bias is (and is NOT!) and how it seeps into every facet of the workplace, as well as how we can mitigate it. It's also super important to remember that when people are parts of more marginalized communities, this isn't an "obstacles to overcome;" it's a superpower to steward.
