Every episode of the classic Western TV Show, The Lone Ranger, started out, “With his faithful Indian companion Tonto, the daring and resourceful masked rider of the plains led the fight for law and order in the early west. Return with us now to those thrilling days of yesteryear. The Lone Ranger rides again!” And throughout the decades since, the concept of working alone has often been equated with being a Lone Ranger. And we’ve used that phrase here on this very show. But it’s a bit of a misnomer, isn’t it? The Lone Ranger wasn’t alone, he had his friend and colleague Tonto with him to help. Tonto wasn’t a Ranger of course, but having a resource to turn to who at least has some understanding of our world and environment can be a real asset. It can help us lone partnership heroes feel less isolated, and give us additional avenues of research and brainstorming. Can AI be that kind of faithful companion for us today? That’s what we’re covering in today’s episode of Partnership Unpacked with the incredible Katie Richman! We talked about: ♉️ Why partnership leaders should utilize AI in every aspect of their work ♉️ How AI can help with pitching and onboarding partners ♉️ Where partnership leaders can use AI for campaigns and engagement 🎧 Listen or 😎 Read: https://lnkd.in/g-sSRK7K #PartnershipUnpacked #AI #StrategicPartnerships

Founder & CEO of AIx2.ai: AI for Alternative Investment, Stanford AI Researcher, Ex-McKinsey, Ex-Microsoft, PhD Electrical and Computer Engineering, MA Economics
It was great to discuss the AI platform disruption for private equities at the Private Equity funcast! Jim Milbery's questions made it one of the more practical and engaging discussions I have had on this topic. https://lnkd.in/e7YYE5xq
Jim talks with Stanford's Mohammad Rasouli about AI's pending disruption in Private Equity. He is an ex-McKinsey consultant from the Bay Area and the New York offices managing AI activation projects for private equity clients. He has worked with top-20 private equity funds and many middle and small-size PEs to use AI technology to automate their fund processes and use AI for their portfolio companies. https://lnkd.in/gqnyTZ_e #privateequity #podcast #ai

Innovate or die. True or False? I'd insert a true/false poll but we all know the answer. I've had two reminders in the last week about how important it is to be nimble and innovative as you're running a business. First, we chatted with Deon Nicholas on Friday. He's the Founder and CEO of Forethought. They've been doing AI since WAY before AI became what it is today. As they've seen ChatGPT bring millions of new eyeballs and conversations into the AI arena, they've had to build and iterate with a critical lens. They're solving real world problems for generative AI for customer support automation and they're doing it for some of the best companies in the world. When a massive new threat comes into your space you can adapt, innovate or die. Second, I just listened to the most recent episode of The Best One Yet podcast (same guys who used to do the Robinhood Snacks podcast). They recorded their most recent episode in a driverless Waymo self-driving taxi in San Francisco. It was really cool to hear them talk about all the ways driverless taxis will be able to disrupt and improve transportation. The thing that resonated most with me was the ability to rent your car or let your car drive you overnight from California to Utah for a ski trip. It seems like we're still years away from the future where life looks like an episode of the Jetson's but maybe we're closer than we think. BTW, has anyone ridden in a driverless taxi?
