This staff services officer will be responsible for: - Creating team policies and procedures. - Directing and organizing activities for staff. - Office planning activities such as budget monitoring, support, and onboarding/offboarding employees. - Supporting the Senior Compliance Officer with scheduling, meetings, and reviewing documents. There needs to be some common sense in recruiting and hiring.. Give that entry-level person, a chance, and pay them entry-level pay of 60-70K . Rather than requiring five years experience. When you know you cannot afford five years experience for 90 to 100 K… use your brain a little bit
