When customers need us, the TerraSource Global and ELGIN SEPARATION SOLUTIONS teams are ready! By utilizing a split shift in production, along with a little OT, we were able to push this #JeffreyRader Vibratory Feeder service project through in-house production and through our supplier in a blazing fast 2 weeks!   Welding, machining, and stress relief were completed, and the unit was painted and dried by 4am in the morning (that’s commitment!). Working with our logistics team -- Dennis Howie and crew -- we loaded and shipped the unit from #Poca at 7am in the morning. Our dedication to improving quality and shortening lead times will not stop. Congratulations to the impressive effort by our team: Mitchell Clark, Project Manager / Engineering; Wayne Harron, Production Supervisor; Dennis Howie, Engineering; the TerraSource Global logistics team; and Dan Parr, Axis Worldwide Supply Chain & Logistics, INC.& Axis Worldwide Hospitality Project Logistics!

Our customers Yuntianhua Group and Chonfar Engineering and Technology had a great visit to our #Beijing office. We discussed the engineering and production work done by TerraSource Global, with a special focus on our #Gundlach Cage-Paktor crushers. These cage crushers excel in handling challenging materials, from wet and sticky substances to friable materials like coal and fertilizers. They are able to crush from 100mm feeds to 2mm products. Check out this first-of-its-kind KEMTRON-1000-PRO fluid recycling system from ELGIN SEPARATION SOLUTIONS. It is the most advanced mud recycler of its size on the market and has the highest rated hydraulic cleaning capacity at an impressive 1,000 gallons per minute (63 lps) flow rate. The unit features two dual-deck, six-panel Hyper-G shakers, with a total 112 sq. ft. (10.4 m2) of screening surface that provide substantially more cleaning capacity when dealing with large bores. Initial scalping cut can be processed by both shakers or just one via a unified inlet manifold with isolation valves for maximum performance. Hats off to the engineering and production teams! This system underwent rigorous validation, yet the engineering was so flawless that it operated perfectly in the field from the moment it was turned on! Join us in welcoming Jakob Stenström, the new TerraSource Global General Manager in #Stockholm, Sweden. He is succeeding Sinisa Jaksic, who will continue working with us to ensure a smooth transition. For the past two years, Jakob worked for Stena Recycling AB, a Swedish family-owned conglomerate focusing on metal sales and trading, and recycling for general industry. He developed Stena’s business in the manufacturing industry and infrastructure projects. Jakob is an engineer by profession and has worked in international sales for most of his career. He worked for SSAB Swedish Steel Ltd for 18 years, 10 years of that in North America (5 years in Pittsburgh and 3 years in Vancouver.) During his first expat session, Jakob worked on the SSAB acquisition of American steel company Ipsco Steel, headquartered in Chicago. Jakob and his family enjoy traveling together, spending time outdoors, at their cabin on the archipelago, boating, and going skiing in the winter. Welcome, Jakob!
