Absolutely, the shift in workforce expectations driven by Gen Z towards flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work is a significant challenge and opportunity for organizations. Traditionally, businesses have operated under hierarchical structures that may not align with these new demands. However, by embracing a 'talent access' mindset, companies can strategically leverage the diverse and highly skilled freelancer workforce to their advantage. This approach not only allows organizations to tap into specialized expertise on-demand but also reduces hierarchical pressures by fostering a more fluid and adaptive workforce model. Also, there are decadal differences between the Manager, Sr. Employees and a fresher which leads to change in opinion and shift in approach, and often observed, reluctant Management doesn't allow the new thought to be heard and implemented who are associated from a very long time. Freelancers often bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, which can fuel creativity and drive competitiveness in rapidly evolving markets.
