Although I grew up in Atlanta, I’m a Boston native and a lifelong Boston Celtics fan so I couldn’t be more excited we won a record setting 18th NBA Championship last night. I got some friendly ribbing for showing up at an RJ conference gala in this Celtics jacket a week ago with our daughter, Sophie Elwyn. And I’m in London on business right now so I couldn’t watch the final game in the middle of the night, but our son, John Elwyn, kindly FaceTimed me at 4am with minutes left in the game. Loved seeing the Celtics close it out and celebrating with him from across the pond. Go Celtics!
Coming up for the parade??
Tash, my 22 years in Boston leaves me firmly in the same camp: Pats, Bruins, Sox, Celts! Yeah!!! (sorry next gen, I’m too old to include Revs in that lineup, but I am sure the future is bright!).
Tash. I used to ride the Orange Line in Boston many years ago. Congratulations!!!
Tash Elwyn, I had no idea you were a big Boston fan! I'm on your side, my friend! Did Junior High and High School in Cape Cod, and undergrad in Boston! Big big Boston all sports fan! What an awesome year for our Celts!
Has patch #18 been sewn on yet???
Hope I get to sign that jacket one day! Love the picture !

This one hurts me... but, that Boston team was really tough! Super proud of my Mavs, but big congrats to you and the Celtics! 😐
