This morning Andrea Zamboni, sales manager at Leonardo, Sergio Ponzi, Vice President, Agencies and International Institutions at Telespazio and Giorgio Apponi, Head of Defence, Intelligence and COSMO-SkyMed Global KAM at e-Geos, attended the 'Italy-Africa Space Conference' at the headquarters of the Italian Space Agency (Agenzia Spaziale Italiana) in Rome, Italy, to present the activities of Leonardo, Telespazio and e-GEOS and to emphasise the crucial importance of space in relations between #Africa and #Italy.   The speech was also an occasion to showcase all the #spacetechnologies provided by the Telespazio group that can contribute in key sectors such as #agriculture, #sustainabledevelopment, #fishing or #landmonitoring, and to promote the opportunities for cooperation in the area of education and sharing of knowledge and skills.
