Vroom vroooooom!!! Signagelive and adi.tv take the lead in a trigger-based digital signage solution for Formula One 2023!
In the race to deliver timely, and relevant race updates and scheduled event information for eager Formula One fans, Signagelive and ADI TV came out on top, offering a cost-efficient, robust and flexible solution. The set-up was for a network of eight two-metre-high digital signage totems, spread out at key thoroughfares across Silverstone.
With this Signagelive trigger-based solution, and the support of eight BrightSign LLC Media Players, ADI TV was able to deliver a super-combo of scheduled playlists, AND finger-on-the-pulse race updates.
At a moment’s notice, ADI could temporarily override pre-planned content, as and when any up-to-the-minute news came in, before the screens returned to their programme schedule.
Cost and space-efficient, this solution didn’t require multiple encoders or players for each channel. It also only used data, when the content was updated, so that no additional strain was placed on Silverstone’s already busy site network.
