In just a week, I’ll be arriving at Sloss Tech in Birmingham, Alabama to deliver a brand new keynote called LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK. We know AI is biased and the only way to make less biased AI products is through inclusive teams. How does that work? By having inclusivity be a part of EVERY step of AI: 1. Choosing which data to train the AI model on 2. Human in the loop as training examples for the model during the pre-training/training process 3. Building of product and system prompt, parameters, etc 4. Fine-Tuning/RAG/extensions with specific data after 5. Red Teaming product 6. Deploying and teaching people to use You’ll walk away with very clear HOMEWORK no matter where in this tech stack you choose to play! I’m so excited to meet you all in the Southeast and make a whole bunch of new friends! Drop any topics that you’d like me to cover in the AMA and we’ll definitely have some conversation around it!
