Today we will cover step 3 of our trade show series: Prepare your team. • Learn about your audience - Decide who you want to do business with and then go make friends with them. Who will be attending? Look for a trade show list • Send a team that is ready to network and that has a plan. Generally 2-3 show members is plenty. • Divide and conquer. Have 1-2 members work your booth and bring in those who walk by. Have another member walk the floor and network with prospects who might not stop by your booth. • Do your research. Again, decide who it is you want to do business with and go make friends with them. #Networking #TradeShow #Booth #Events #Team
