I'm thrilled to shine the January spotlight on one of our exceptional CX services stars and share more about his contributions to the team - Graham Grome!! 🌟
Customer-Focused
Since Graham started at Demandbase, he’s really taken the bull by the horns! His knack for spotting challenges before they happen and attempting to change the outcome is something to be treasured in a vault! Identifying the need to work with UK/EMEA customers solely, where we didn’t have coverage, saved many customers from having hardships of meeting during odd hours.
When changes to CSAT were introduced, Graham quickly adapted, put into practice, and shared successes with the teams, ushering in a perfect score of 5 consistently!!! These changes have been invaluable to our team’s successes and sets the pace to follow suit.
Continuous Optimization
Graham continues to host customer office hours weekly to support all admins and their teams! He’s currently revamping and driving engagement to these sessions after following a trend of lower attendance. Marketing these sessions, making them friendly for almost all timezones, and driving its utilization to offset customer questions for the rest of us, is, well, invaluable!
Key highlight here is that Graham never stops optimizing. He continues to look for improvements in almost everything that he interacts with, constantly sharing his thoughts and proactively looking for ways to better our org.
