We had a blast in Connecticut and NYC this week meeting with Zendesk customers. I am grateful for the opportunity to not only strategize customer and employee experiences in person but to actually see the operations first hand. All are leveraging Zendesk in unique ways with the common goal of gold standard support. Special thanks to Saatva for the collaboration and showroom experience. Saatva sells luxury mattresses and extended comfort products. If you don’t know them now, you will the next time you need a mattress. Yes, we did drive a yellow jeep across CT 😂
