Ever feel like HR speaks a whole nother language? 🤷♂️ ⭐You're not alone!⭐ Even seasoned HR pros get tripped up by the alphabet soup of acronyms! An HRMS platform was launched. An employee's half day salary was deducted because his log in time was late by ten mins. He created some noise. HR explained the policy. The employee started coming on time. HR was happy. The employee started leaving for home on time. Manager wasn't happy. He used to be my most dedicated employee, never looked at clock while delivering results. HR was called to speak to the employee. It was too late. HR should have spoken to employees, managers and run some test cases during the process of designing the workflows and before launching the system.
