Tanarra Capital is excited to announce the launch of our $1bn private credit fund, tapping into the strong appetite from local investors seeking stable, high single-digit returns. Our new fund aims to provide longer-term loans (7-12 years) to investment-grade Australian companies, offering a local alternative to overseas captial markets. The fund will issue $100m to $150m loans to public and private companies that face challenges securing long-term bank debt, with the aim to support companies with long-term ambitions such as decarbonisation programmes. Leading this initiative is Violeta Kelly, our newly appointed Head of Long-Term Debt and Debt Advisory. Violeta brings extensive experience, and is passionate about addressing the structural inefficencies in Australian capital markets. Our third credit fund compliments our special situations fund and short-term private credit fund.
