Every fruit has a unique taste and every flower has a unique smell, and so cannot be compared with each other. Just like fruits and flowers we human beings are also unique. But then why do we compare ourselves with others. To know more listen to my podcast.

All of us as consumers are presented with an astronomical amount of choice and our decision journeys are no longer linear. For brands to standout, we need to deliver a meaningful, relevant and #personalized experience, every single time a person interacts with our brands. It is no longer a nice to have. It is an imperative.
It is also not just a #data or tech or #analytics journey, but, one rooted in the core quest around, how can we get to core simple #human insights to drive bigger and better decisions and serve our consumers better. Like any transformation journey, it is a marathon not a sprint, but, something all of us need to undertake

How to operate like the best performance creative teams in DTC:
1) Start with a hypothesis.
2) Build creative around that hypothesis in a sprint.
3) Pull insights to create a feedback loop.
Then use those new insights to create even better, more educated hypotheses to test going forward. 🔄

I love The High Performance Podcasts and this one is another belter!
I first heard about David Smith MBE’s story when I came across a BBC documentary ‘Dead Man Cycling’. (Really wish they’d make it available again, but it does appear to be on Vimeo)
It traced David’s spinal surgery and his aim to recover, complete the Mont Ventoux climb and aim for the Rio 2016 Paralympics.
I remember being totally blown away by David’s mental strength, resilience, bravery and a ton more words as he recovered and fought back to fitness.
I still refer to his way of picking one goal per day, no matter how big or small, in order to keep moving forward. I use this to help motivate my clients to this day.
So to watch this interview now, I was blown away again.
Again, David’s incredible mental strength is shown in his interview with Jake and Damian.
And for any person to go through what David has gone through, and not just be surviving, but aiming for new heights, is truly inspirational.
