Somesay Julius Richard Petri comprehended it best: it truly does not take a multi million $ Petri dish to grow the tiniest micro effort to impact at macro scale...it takes the Petri dish to prevent the micro from adversely affecting the community around it.
In our Husky Alumni International Community...at large...we encourage, collaborate, bootstrap, share, scrimp and save each in our own microcosm of living ...while making what valiant efforts we may each make to better our Commonwealth's Communities despite the shadows cast upon our individual and collective efforts by would be Luminaries, and Dignitaries.
A recent Aug./Sept. 2023 sound bite by Boston's Mayor Wu it could be heard '... that a great percentage of Boston's housing stock, and built structures are in need of better Energy efficiency AND compliance...' Not to be understated are prohibitive permit review processes disallowing and acting to prohibit City, and I would assert Commonwealth, and, our Nations Citizen property owners from the freedom to improve their failing, aging home's Energy Efficiency and Compliance. We know how to make large scale developers $ by the likes of 'post Katrina Go Zoning.' Time is now D.O.E. for Programs of Go Efficiency& Compliance.
