Observer - Explores their thoughts, feelings and beliefs with curiosity and an open mind. Low stress, self awareness. Creator - Consciously chooses how they respond with ease and flow, effortlessly creating their reality. No stress, no judgement. We are constantly shifting between these roles. It can be a conscious choice, or it can be our default reaction. Our potential lies in consciously choosing to show up in a way that serves us, and the situation, best.
