They do a "post mortem" in order to evaluate outcomes and devise corrective action and new strategies for responding to similar circumstances in the future. Leadership has a lot of basis inside of emotional intelligence. An individual who is a gifted communicator. One who truly listens with intentionality and seeks to understand. When you have conversations with co-workers, managers, or even your employees make sure you put a huge priority for these disciplines. The difference it will make will yield huge rewards. People don’t work towards excellence because of feeling threatened or consequences.
