“Sygnum Bank’s crypto spot trading volume has more than doubled in one year,” says Sygnum Bank’s Head of Trading, Dominic L. "Some of that is fuelled by the heighted volatility in the first quarter, most notably driven by the Bitcoin spot ETF approvals but also the Bitcoin halving.” Learn more here: https://bit.ly/45BnsKp Dominic L., Andreas Koch, Stefan Wyser, André C., Martijn J. US spot Bitcoin ETFs are still reaching new highs in daily volume and flows, trading $7.7 billion and taking in $673 million as a group on Feb. 28 alone. At the end of the month, the 10 funds held almost 760,000 Bitcoin and assets of more than $46 billion. Net flows into listed crypto products so far in 2024 exceed the cumulative flows over the past 2.5 years. Do onchain fundamentals justify this action? #Crypto assets under management are back to December 2021 levels - practically an all-time high 👀 Even with continuous outflows from Grayscale (-$1.3 bn monthly), BlackRock and Fidelity are going for it (+$2.5 bn and +$1.3 bn, respectively), as well as smaller asset managers (+$1.2 bn). Last week's record flows of $2.45 billion show that institutional investors are very serious about crypto, and this cycle will see another all-time high of #Bitcoin and Co. Well, mostly Bitcoin so far to be honest 😉 data by CoinShares #ETF #finance

Reflecting on the SEC's decision on a U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF, the crypto landscape is at a crossroads. The SEC's history of rejections has left us wary, but it seems like something is changing. Drawing parallels with past ETF launches, notably gold and Nasdaq-tracking ETFs, the potential inflow into the crypto space could be substantial. As Bitcoin's recent surge aligns with expectations of ETF approval, my stance is cautious optimism. This isn't just about price movements; it's about bringing Bitcoin directly into institutional portfolios, potentially reshaping its role in the broader financial landscape. #CryptoOpinion #BitcoinETF #BlockchainInsights #XBO_Crypto

🔥 Congress 🇺🇸 has sent a letter to SEC Chairman Gary Gensler, asking the #SEC to continuously separate the treatment between #Bitcoin Spot #ETF and Bitcoin Future ETF, and asking Gary Gensler to approve the issues exports related to the Bitcoin Spot ETF as soon as possible. Representatives Mike Flood, Tom Emmer, Ritchie Torres, and Wiley Nickel said the court decided (3-0) that there is no substantive difference between the Bitcoin Spot ETF and the Bitcoin #Future ETF. They also note that managing the Bitcoin #Spot ETF will increase advisor protections by giving them easier and more secure access to Bitcoin. #JLBC #JLB #Stock #Crypto #Bitcoin #Market #Ethereum #DEX #BINANCE #DeFi #BITMAN #Johnle
