Also NASA Budget would be USD 100 Billion/Year as US Spaceforce would be mapped under it. Our 800+ Billion USD - Defense Budget would be slashed by USD 100 Billion and this amount would be routed to NASA. As China would be allowing to map their military under our Globocorp server we do not need a massive USD 800+ Billion Defense Budget. If Russians do the same like China then we can slash our Budget further. NO DIVISIVE POLITICAL COMMENTS, PLEASE. We are rolling into our THIRD U.S. Presidential election cycle and have experienced slowdowns in the prior two, right around June through election day. REGARDLESS of who wins, we expect the market to pick up after the election for a FURIOUS pace to close out the year (consistent with the last two elections). With that being said, there are also likely many variables that economists don't know are variables influencing the real estate market. There are so many variables and wild unpredictability. Personally, because we serve all price ranges and cover several counties, our 2024 business stats are good. That said, we currently have listings that we were SURE would sell quickly, which are just SITTING, and listings that we were reluctant to take (for various reasons) that sold LICKETY SPLIT. It can definitely be said there's a segment of potential buyers/sellers who don't have motivation to buy/sell out of boredom because they have the 'golden handcuffs' of a low-interest rate. It's certainly been an interesting year, but we LOVE what we do and can't imagine ourselves doing anything else for a career...

Those Executive Orders are for fixing USD 5K as the Federally mandated minimum monthly wages across America, Free Medicare upto USD 70K/Annum to all Americans, Paid Family leave, Merging all 55+ State & other accounting boards into one single NASBA/AICPA etc etc. This would make him to overtake Abraham Lincoln & George Washington by 31-12-2025 and then i have an ambition to beat the records of all 46 previous US Presidents in my 2 Terms ending on 20-01-2033. Yesterday's announcement from the Prime Minister to call an election on the 4th of July took a lot of people by surprise, but what does it mean for the property market? With higher interest rates placing a drag on house prices in recent times, potential rate cuts and the timing of the General Election were always likely to be the two most influential factors affecting the market this year. The spring market has been somewhat subdued but we now see the possibility of a stronger, more positive market later in the summer and into the autumn. According to research, pre-election uncertainty generally has a short-term impact, slowing the number of sales in the weeks and months before voting day. This pattern has been repeated for six out of the last seven elections. Once the election result is known, the increased certainty over the political landscape and policies will normally allow the markets to pick up momentum again. Sensible pricing will still be vital this year to achieve success but with inflation now close to the Government target of 2% and the possibility of an interest rate cut later in the summer the property market can look forward to an active second half of the year, with an increase in overall activity and a more committed return to the market from buyers.
