How to MOVE the needle🪡 …what you MEASURE…MOVES! 🏃🏻♀️ So, if you’re honest with yourself, are you tracking…I mean really tracking… your progress toward your goals? 🤔 It can be so easy to go about our day, week, or even year with a “vague” or “general” idea of how we’re performing. Whether it’s with health, our business, or quality time we spend with loved ones, having measurable targets GREATLY increases our chance for success. 🏆 To move the needle, we have to measure EVERYTHING that matters. And that means everything! Just as discipline = freedom, measurement = movement. 🚀 In the below video, I share how this was a recent game changer for me with my health, and how it inspired me to be even BOLDER about measuring progress with my team. So, as you go into your week, consider 1 or 2 areas in which you want to see better results, like yesterday!! Ask yourself, “do I have a defined and measurable target 🎯 …and am I really tracking my progress?” If you find yourself in “vague” or “general idea” land, shift to set measurable (likely quantitative) goals. And, it’s ok to feel a bit unsure, scared, or uncomfortable. 🤷🏻♀️ Do. It. Anyway. ✅ Then, notice the ways you’ll shift your time, energy, and attention toward achieving the results. #highperformance #growthfocused #whatwemeasuremoves

Love this Suzy! It’s so important to measure - whether it’s incremental revenue based on a project implementation or shaving a few precious seconds off your latest 5k jog. For me, the metrics are super motivating both in my personal as well as work spheres. Thank you for this important post! 🏃♂️

What is measured, is accomplished. Where you are now, where do you want to go and how do you get there.
