Happy #WorldEnvironmentDay ! 🌍 On this special day, we would like to share how pH7 Technologies is contributing to a more sustainable future. As a cleantech company, we are dedicated to providing low-carbon footprint solutions. But what does this mean, and what are the benefits of our innovative closed-loop process? pH7 Technologies specializes in recovering precious metals from End-of-Life materials and mining ores. Our closed-loop process utilizes biodegradable and green solvents, combined with inorganic and electro-chemistry techniques. This method increases recovery rates by up to 50%, reduces energy usage by 90%, and achieves zero emissions, zero wastewater, and zero greenhouse gas emissions. pH7 Technologies offers new opportunities for industry and our planet, paving the way for responsible access to critical minerals needed to meet the United Nations’s sustainability goals and Canada’s 2050 #NetZero commitments. By adopting these advanced processes, we can accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable future, providing essential materials for various industries while protecting our environment. Join us in celebrating World Environment Day by committing to sustainable practices and supporting technologies that positively impact the environment. Let’s work together to create a greener, cleaner future! 🌱 #WorldEnvironmentDay #Sustainability #GreenTech #Recycling #EnvironmentalImpact #CircularEconomy

Working in the Supply team at Supercritical involves engaging with #biochar carbon dioxide removal projects based all round the world that utilise different technologies, feedstocks and end-applications to sequester carbon permanently and generate carbon removal credits in the fight against climate change. What we've learned as a business from this continued engagement is that biochar is set to grow a massive 30x over the next four years, but 88% of the growth comes from low-quality credits. This is pretty worrying. One of the most important roles of the Supercritical marketplace is mapping the market and building the highest quality supply for the leading purchasers of carbon removal credits, so they can continue to have the highest impact and accelerate the growth of this critical technology. We’ve just launched our latest report, Boom or Bust? Biochar Market Outlook 2024, which delves into the rapid growth of the biochar market and its potential to scale to gigatonne levels. I've posted the link to the report in the comments - really keen to hear your thoughts! #cdr #carbonremoval #carbondioxideremoval #netzero #carbonoffsetting #supercritical
