We would particularly like to tell you more about our hybrid bonding all-rounder XBC300 Gen2 D2W/W2W, which we recently introduced. As a world first, it opens up unique possibilities in 3D integration by enabling wafer-to-wafer as well as collective and sequential die-to-wafer hybrid bonding.
