🌟Customers🌟- They’re Just Like Us! I had the honor of leading a table talk with customers at the NorCal IT Leadership Conference where we exchanged parallels of our own transformation journeys, diving into the top barriers of adoption and shared strategies to overcome. Here are a few key takeaways: 1) Stakeholder Buy-In: It's the cornerstone of successful change. Start conversations early, be transparent, and involve them in the journey. This approach helps stakeholders understand and navigate the inevitable bumps, fostering a culture of learning and iteration. 2) Change Maturity & Investment: Every organization is unique in its readiness and investment in change. Empower individuals to become change ambassadors, regardless of their title. Cultivating change as a core skill at every level of leadership is crucial, whether it begins from the bottom, top, or side. 3) Business-Led Change: Transformations should never be just an "IT decision" or for the sake of change itself. When the business becomes the face and voice of the change, it not only secures buy-in but also builds credibility and ultimately drives adoption. Ending the day with a pasta making demo from Top Chef Fabio Viviani was *chef’s kiss* perfection. 👌 Thank you to Joe Rueda and our customers for a fantastic roundtable.
