Reflecting on my experience in a rapidly changing environment, the importance of using the automation and prediction aspects of AI has been critical to do more with either stagnating or declining budgets. Cloud Tech with Machine Learning has enabled us to expand internal capacity for administrative work so that our limited resources on the front-end remain dedicated to healthcare services. Most-importantly - it has enabled us to scale beyond the walls of the enterprise as healthcare delivery today is very much a cross-enterprise endeavor. https://lnkd.in/gy83WzNR

As a technologist, one of my greatest disappointments over the past 3 years is how we technologists did not do enough with our technologies to reduce the spread or the impact of the pandemic. We could have and should have created solutions to: - reduce the spread, by dialing in on the primary risk factors and communicate hot-spots or soon to be hot-spots, - increase the agility of schools to use other unused facilities, like churches, recreation centers, conference facilities and more, - improve the supply chain of medical supplies and distribution, to name a few. One of my greatest HOPES for the coming age, is that partnerships like this one between Google Cloud and HCA Healthcare will extend medical services and treatments into places that are underserved, AND the depth of quality care in places that are understaffed. Cloud DX (TSX.V: CDX) (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) announced that it has signed a new Master Deployment Agreement with the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI), the research arm of The Ottawa Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario.   The company said the five-year agreement will facilitate the deployment of Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF)’s remote patient monitoring technology for projects, studies and clinical trials at the institute, potentially involving more than 1,000 patients. It said researchers intend to use Cloud DX Connected Health products and services to facilitate remote patient monitoring, communication via video and text, schedule and compliance management, and improved clinical study efficiencies, which Cloud DX said would lead to higher quality clinical studies.
