Every Sunday morning, I go to a local cafe and plan out the week ahead. I find going in with a clear plan helps set up the week and gives me a clear view of what I can and can't achieve. Here's the exact process I go through: 1) I start by reflecting on the week that just passed to take away key learnings 2) Then, I look at the goals I had set to see what was achieved. 3) From there, I look at the number of hours I'm going to work, minus the meetings scheduled, to see how much time I have left. 4) With that in mind, I then set goals that I know are realistic to hit. 5) This, in turn, creates my daily tasks, starting with Monday. How you start your week is really important. If you don't get off the mark well, it can affect your entire week. Make every second count; without structure and planning, that simply is not possible.

How to start your week like a winner... The first 1 - 3 hours on Monday is the perfect time to Check the scope... Review if your tasks are aligned with it... if they aren't, set new tasks or plan to discuss them with your team as soon as possible. If they are, prioritize the critical tasks... Write your to-do list... If it's needed, have a meeting with your team and be on the same page... Now, your week is going to be a week where you're moving forward to what's to be done on Friday, and you and your team are moving together... Happy Monday everyone! 👋 Let's start the week on a positive note with this amazing quote from the most incredible book 📖 The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse: "Can you see your next step? Then just take that." 👏🫡 Wise words that remind us to focus on taking one step at a time towards our goals 👌 We all know those Monday meetings can be tough, where last week's figures come back to bite you on the tush, or they mean diddly squat in this new week 😒 But remember who you're working for - YOU! 🫵 It's a new week with a clean slate and fresh start, so let's go out there and do what we need to do for ourselves and our goals 👊 So take that next step, and let's make this week a great one! 💪 #mondaymotivation #monday #quote #motivationalquote #yougotthis #positivity #estateagent

Watch out. Someone's trying to steal the week from you. What do I mean? Imagine you're sitting there on a Sunday, you're looking at your agenda and you're thinking, what am I doing this week? And what we tend to do is we think, what are all the meetings I've been invited to? What are all the projects I promised to get done? What's that presentation I said I would finish this week? And so then we look at our week as if it's like a big Tetris puzzle. We try and make sure that we can fit every task that we, that we've been given. Wrong. What happens is, is that people try to hijack our agendas. They ask us to do things, and we have a sense of service to others. When people ask us to do things, we feel compelled to do it for others. Sometimes we've got to think about what do we want? What was the goals you set yourself at the beginning of the week, at the beginning of the month, at the beginning of the year? Make sure that they're in your agenda as well. What we'll tend to do is we'll let everyone else tell us this is how you should be spending your week. You always get to choose. What is it you decided you wanted to do with your week? Are you doing it? Make sure you are. Say no to things that steal time from you and say yes to things which move you closer to your goals. #SuccessPrinciples #DisciplineAndPassion #KindnessInSuccess

🌟 How I Get Ready for a Jam-Packed Week! 🌟 Hey everyone! It's going to be a whirlwind of a week with 6 networking events, 4 meetings, and 1 podcast interview on my calendar! 😅 Here’s how I stay organized and keep my sanity: 1️⃣ Buffer Time is a Must! I always add buffer times before and after each event. This way, I have time to catch my breath, regroup, and prepare for what's next. 🧘♀️ 2️⃣ Smart Scheduling 🗓️ On days with lots of driving to meetings and events, I make sure to save tasks that need my computer for quieter days. No need to stress over unfinished work! 3️⃣ Prioritize & Plan 📋 I start my week by listing out all my tasks and events, prioritizing what’s most important. This helps me stay focused and on track. 4️⃣ Use Technology 💻 Tools like Google Calendar and Asana keep me organized and send reminders so I never miss a beat. 5️⃣ Stay Hydrated & Nourished 🥤🍎 Keeping a water bottle and healthy snacks handy helps me stay energized and focused throughout the day. 6️⃣ Self-Care is Key 🛀 Amid the chaos, I carve out time for self-care. Whether it's a quick walk with my dogs or a trip to the gym, it’s important to recharge!
