That allows suppliers to grow alongside it, so that your artisans can grow as well as the company’s staff?” I've always enjoyed Om Malik's interviews, but this one touched me deeply. Brunello Cucinelli looks to ancient philosophers to guide his life and work. The result is a flourishing company where no one is allowed to send a message after 5:30 pm. High Performance requires mental breaks throughout the day. You do not earn rest ⭐️ You take brief breaks SO THAT you can maintain high performance.
