Wanted = Senior Architect Exp = 4 years Job responsibility = A - Z work of the company... Design, Execution, Structural, QC, BOQ etc etc etc... Software skills = AutoCAD, 3DS max, Photoshop, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Lion, Tiger, Dinosaur, Blah..blah..blah... Connections....Unfortunately, this is not a job posting from me, But came across a few requirements similar to this. Dear recruiters... Firstly , A 4 year experienced candidate cannot be coined as a Senior Architect, They are still learning the trade and a got a long way ahead in their professional career to be called as such! Secondly, You are looking for an Architect not a visualizer, Expect Design flair, material knowledge, ethics and basis of design and not some random software's since your company is using it! That is a different job role altogether! Lastly but more importantly, balance the work load - A single person cannot handle all the departments of the job - it would be rather exhausting and affect the primary motive.
