Reflecting on an incredible nine-year journey at Tegrita fills me with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and pride. As I mark this milestone, I'm drawn back to the moment of decision that set me on this path—a choice between the allure of a higher guaranteed salary and the promise of a company that felt like home, Tegrita.
