💡 I've learned (at least) five things watching BRUNT Workwear become the essential brand for modern workers:

I had the privilege of briefly working on Cathy Minter's team while I interned at R3.
She's one of the most impressive sales leaders I've met, and her answer to what makes a great day in sales is likely the reason why.
A great day in sales to her is meeting with current and prospective customers all day.
WHY? Because they tell you why they are using your or a competitor's product, and that information is invaluable.
The success of many companies is largely driven by the relationship between the sales and product teams.
Sales know why customers are or aren't buying and then it's the prod/dev team's responsibility to act on that information.
