Hesitation and overthinking will cost you more than failure ever will.
If you miss opportunities you will always think what could have been
The pain of a missed opportunity is far greater than the pain of trying and failing
I'm close to pulling the trigger. As the sole provider for my kids n wife it's scary/exhilarating at the same time. I'm teaching my children to go chase the thing in their 20s, don't wait till 40s like me. Changing my families bloodline as we speak( breaking the paycheck to paycheck rat race, somehow someway)
Yes, doubt can easily turn into insecurity which will hold you back from taking action. Instead, know how to use your doubt to propel you forward: 1) Consciously give room for your doubt - what are you actually unsure about? How can you overcome it? 2) Take action. At some point action is necessary. If you can't resolve your doubt before you take action, action will do it for you. It works or it doesn't. Either way you'll be able to learn something that can help you move forward.
True. And, sometimes they're trauma-responses, where someone has little conscious control over these 'protection' mechanisms. Yes, it's absolutely possible to overcome them, but it can take healing & time. Sometimes, 'just going for it' can dysregulate someone's nervous system so much (until they've healed) that it can do more harm than good. Just a different perspective to consider through a trauma-informed lens.
THE CAUSE AND AFFECT! Go MEETINGS. Going to them meetings of course are very IMPORTANT. Especially if you are good as making them eventful. And your is always prepare. With these being absent.or not needed at all. Hesitation, Overthinking.
Amen to that! 🙏🏿💯 Life is short. Taking action and failing is much more valuable than not moving at all. In both cases, you’re not successful but at least by trying and failing you can learn valuable lessons that will help you moving forward. In life, if you do nothing, you will get nothing. As simple as that. The choice is ours.
Not going for it will cost you the most valuable asset you have. Time. You will waste you time regretting not doing it and you will not get that wasted time back.

3wA friend whose dad was in the military always reminds me, "INDECISION KILLS!" It true. I regret more things that I didn't do than those I did
