I am excited to announce that we are relocating our global headquarters and staying in the city where Hanesbrands Inc. started more than 120 years ago.   The renovated, modernized space at The Park Building in downtown Winston-Salem provides an energetic environment that will elevate associate collaboration and innovation while driving our strategic growth initiatives forward. Remaining here is important to so many of our associates who are passionate about supporting the communities where we live and work. I want to thank our associates who are dedicated to the success of our iconic brands, as well as Winston-Salem and Forsyth County leadership for their support as we begin to write a new chapter in our rich heritage. #WeAreHBI 

Today, we begin a new chapter at Hanesbrands Inc. in which we can extend our leadership in innerwear. We’ve reached an agreement to sell the intellectual property and certain operating assets of our global Champion business to Authentic Brands Group, maximizing the value for Champion and best positioning HanesBrands for long-term success. Our innovation pipeline continues to expand with youthful products like Maidenform M. The global design team has done an incredible job pairing on-trend innovation with modern designs that resonate with consumers. Our U.S. Innerwear business continues to outperform the market and gain market share. Well done team. 

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. leaves a legacy of inspiration more than 50 years after his death. Dr. King's leadership, fueled by his passion for equality, laid the foundation for an evolving culture in America of acceptance. I'm grateful for leaders like Dr. King who changed the course of social injustice by boldly leading tough conversations and taking action.
