The best thing I saw on the Internet this week comes from the best movie ever made. Louie Lastik from “Remember the Titans” had some photos circulate of his physical transformation. He lost over 250 lbs. Left side?

I hope everyone else that read the question at the end instinctively shouted "strong side"

If I say “left side” and you don’t respond with “strong side” I’m not sure we can be friends. 😂 Seriously one of the best movies of all time. Great soundtrack too.

When the transformation is so massive (pun intended) that you literally don’t recognize the person…it’s not just the shift from weight to muscle, it’s a shift in purpose and mindset - ok the facial hair and 25+ years helps a little lol. Has he ever said if he feels or thinks diffeenrrjy about himself and the world? Or did he just start hanging out with gym bros and he picked up some new habits?

Great job 👏 just goes to show that the worse off you are now, the more impressed everyone will be when you succeed. Be careful with this! This can be a dangerous way to think for most people, who don’t understand the concept properly. The concept is to always do your best! You can do your best and fail for a while, before you succeed. It’s highly unlikely to always do your best and fail forever. You must not be doing your best. Be honest. Most will intentionally ruin their lives, consciously and/or subconsciously, thinking they can always make a turn around. But the reality is the worse they get, the more of a ladder they will have to climb and the lower they will adjust their standards, dreams and expectations. Most who actually make improvements, make pretty marginal improvements and then expect validation from everyone around them. We are all unlimited and abundant. We MUST choose it though. In every moment of every day

This is Ethan Suplee, he has a podcast called American Glutton. His story goes from obesity and hardcore drugs to sobriety and health. I think his primary inspiration was wanting to be around long enough to enjoy time with his wife if I remember correctly. Inspirational story for sure 👍

Impressive work both physically and mentally! What I love about this is it shows people often have more power over their physic and health than they realize and he realized it!
