Change management. Mega-proud of my mum Mary for this week completing her first holiday travelling by herself, after losing our dad Bill last year. A big part of successfully navigating any change is remembering how far you’ve come, and taking stock of the landmarks that keep you connected to your journey. So her trip back to Ireland and a visit to the house she was born was a special moment. Good on you, Mary Chawke - first rate change manager!
