Massive congratulations! I would like to applaud the huge volume of research that's gone into and sits behind the Insights approach and your enormous contributions to the scientific study and understanding of human personality over the last 40 years! You've taken something that was once the domain of amateurs, charlatans and quaks, and developed a robust, evidence-based, and empirical methodology. Truly the world is a better place for you and all that you have achieved in advancing the study of personality science... Only last week I was reading one of the many peer-reviewed, pieces of published research, in a high-quality journal, discussing the links between personality, evolutionary biology, and genetics, and how the Insights model has been at the core of hundreds of experiments and data sets moving our understanding forward. The science of personality would be in a completely different place, both commercially, and in popular consciousness but for you.

As founders, we may sometimes get stuck, we may not know what is it that we are missing, or sometimes might just be in need of some motivation.
