If you own a business with your spouse or civil partner, you might be wasting valuable inheritance tax relief. Why? When one of you dies, your spouse/civil partner is exempt for inheritance tax. But a business can be exempt too. If you just make simple Wills, with everything passing to the survivor, inheritance tax could apply when they die. But Wills with business trusts would maximise both exemptions, potentially saving a lot of inheritance tax. Give me a call if you're in or near Bristol and you'd like to discuss further. #InheritanceTaxRelief #BusinessTrust #FinancialPlanning #LegacyPlanning #TaxEfficiency #FamilyBusiness #EstatePlanning #FutureProofing #BristolWills #willwritingbristol #WillPlanning #InheritancePlanning #Trusts #LegacyPlanning
