📣 Announcement! 📣 This is personal. I share this exciting update with joy, gratitude, and humility. People who know me know how much this means to me. My time in search spans over 16 years, having experienced two economic downturns and two layoffs, I am no stranger to adversity. My most recent change has given me time to reflect on what’s most important at this time in my career and the unwavering passion I have for the People sector. I'm incredibly proud of what I’ve accomplished and a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. This unexpected change has given me the opportunity to pursue my dream of launching my own search firm, but I couldn’t do it alone. With a tireless work ethic, a shared passion for the Human Capital sector, and over 30 years combined search experience, two former colleagues, Nicole Hagan, and Stella Papadopoulos, have joined forces as Co-Founders of Willow Search Partners. Willow Search Partners is a female-owned, boutique HR national search firm. It has been our mission to redefine the client and candidate experience when working with a search firm. We are thrilled to launch Willow Search Partners with this mission at our core. Our name was inspired by the meaning behind “Willow” tree; the symbolism of “growth and rebirth” and the ability to survive despite challenges resonated with us. With that, we are excited to partner with you on our journey. I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the HR community that solidified my entrepreneurial thought process. Your kind words of support and encouragement were highly impactful in my decision. I remain eternally grateful.
