I arrived 10 months ago at Celcoin with a mission to build a strong Legal and Compliance and in my first months here I have been impressed by the solid capacity of execution and innovation of the team. Our numbers reflected these principles, since in 1Q24 Celcoin achieved the ARR of BRL 318MM which represents an increase of 140% YoY, due to launching new products such as PIX indirect, Cards, Mybenk and others. Yesterday we announced the investment of BRL 650MM led by Summit Investors. The investment will boost the main projects of Celcoin related to expanding our range of products and accelerating the M&A agenda. In conclusion, it is just the beginning of all that we are building. We are proud and happy to have Summit on board, which partnered with many of the best companies in the world, and now will support us on this growth journey.
